Click the "Install Now" button. Click "Run" to download and the software. Once the software has finished downloading, the "MSN Installation Wizard" will automatically launch. You will be prompted for your MSN Premium email address and password in order to complete the installation.
Open your browser, go to the page “My Account” and log in with your main email address and password, which are associated with your MSN Explorer membership.
Click the link “My Account” at the top of the page and select “My Subscriptions”.
Click on the Edit Profile button.
Follow the instructions to renew your subscription.
Select a payment method OR payment method
Select the arrow from the Add drop-down list below or select a payment method.
Select the credit card or bank account you want to use, and then select Send. If the credit card or bank account you want to use is not listed, select New credit card or New bank account to add it and complete your MSN Premium Internet Software Subscription.

How to add a family member on your PC
We’ll email or text an invitation to each person you want to add and they’ll need to accept to join the family group. If you’re adding an account for a young child, you can set up an email address and monitor it.
To add a member to your family group:
1. Go to family.microsoft.com.
2. Sign in with your Microsoft account, then select Add a family member.
3. Select Member or Organizer.
4. Enter an email address or phone number for the person you want to add, then select Send invite.
5. Have the person you invited accept your invitation from the email or text message they receive. Or, in the Notifications section, select Accept now next to Pending member. You’ll be signed out so the person you’re trying to add can sign in to their account and accept the invitation.
6. For someone that’s an adult, you’re done. For someone that’s a child, they’ll need to select My parent can sign in now. Then sign back in to your account, accept the legal terms, choose whether your child can sign in to third-party apps, and select Continue. Now you can set up parental controls in the family group.
How to add a family member on Xbox One
The way you add someone to your family group on Xbox One depends on whether they’re new to Xbox Live or already have an Xbox Live account. For kids who are new to Xbox Live, add them to your family group on the console, then manage their family settings on family.microsoft.com. Otherwise, they may not appear in your list of family members on the console.
If your family member doesn’t have an Xbox Live account:
1. Press the Xbox home button to open the guide, then select Sign in and sign in with your account.
2. Press the Xbox home button again and select System — Settings — Account — Family settings — Manage family members — Add to family — Add new.
3. When the person you want to add is prompted to sign in using their Microsoft account email address, press B on your controller, then move the left stick down to select Get a new account, and have them follow the steps to create a Microsoft account.
4. When you’re prompted, select Add to family.
If your family member has an Xbox Live account on your console:
1. Press the Xbox home button to open the guide, then select Sign in and sign in with your account.
2. Press the Xbox home button again and select System — Settings — Account — Family settings — Manage family members — Add to family.
3. Select the profile for the person you want to add, then press the A button on your controller.

It gives you powerful tools like screen time limits, web filtering, managing privacy settings, and purchasing & spending limits. You don’t have to download any software to make it work! All you need is a Microsoft Account for yourself and each adult or child that will be part of your Microsoft Family.
Safer web browsing: Turning this on will block inappropriate websites and enables safe search, which will filter out adult content on Bing, and other search engines. This also provides you with the ability to add specific websites to either an Allow or Block list. If a child needs access to a specific website, they can request permission from one of the adults within Microsoft Family.
Games, Apps, and Media: Making sure a child in your Family can only see age appropriate content is easy with Account Microsoft Family. Just set the child’s age and Microsoft Family does the rest. When a child in your family visits the Windows or Xbox store, they will only see age appropriate content.
Purchase & spending: Let the child in your family spend without any unexpected surprises on your credit card! Add money into the child’s account instead of linking a credit card. You can easily add money to their account anytime. A child can then spend their allowance without overspending. You’ll be able to see the child’s recent purchases. If you prefer, you can also limit downloads to free downloads, or disable downloads all together from the Windows or Xbox One stores.
Screen time limits: Do you want to make sure a child in your family isn’t on their computer at 4am? Specify the time intervals a child is allowed on the PC. In addition, you can give a child a time allowance for their computer. If you want a child to only use their computer for 2 hours each day, Microsoft Family makes this simple. If you have an Xbox One console, you get separate controls to assign screen time on Xbox.
If you have a Microsoft subscription with recurring billing, you can change how you pay at any time unless a payment is past due. You can also cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft subscription.
Sign in to Services and subscriptions with your Microsoft account. If you have more than one Microsoft account, make sure you're signing in with the one that applies to the subscription you want to change. If you're updating your child's subscription, make sure you sign in with their account, not yours.
Find the subscription in the list, select Manage, and then select Change how you pay.
If you don't see Change how you pay, it could be because recurring billing isn't turned on. You won't be able to change how you pay if recurring billing is off, because the subscription has already been paid and will end when its duration expires.
Selecting Change how you pay gives you a list of your current payment options. If you don't see the option you want, select Add a new way to pay from that list and follow the instructions.
